HOW TO PAY FOR RENT
There are two ways of payment: in cash after your arrival to the apartment or with your credit card via Pay Pal before your arrival.
Please pay for the whole rental period right away after your check in. It's necessary for us to know your staying period to make further bookings for the apartment.


ABOUT OUR SERVICE
We don't require any fee for the service we provide.
We get commission from the landlords whose flats are offered for rent on our website. Our company puts all apartments for daily rent in Donetsk in claims:

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
We make the time of check-in and check-out as flexible as possible to save your money

You can check in to the apartment from 13.00 pm. If you need to check in before 8.00 a.m. You should book the flat for one extra night before your arrival that will give you an opportunity to check in as early as you wish. Early check in after 8 am but before 1 pm is charged of half of rental price for one night. If the apartment you booked is vacant it's possible to check-in before 13 p.m. free of charge. If not, you should wait untill 12:00 or 13:00 to check in.

Check out time is scheduled for 12 p.m. but if the flat you stayed in hasn't been booked after you it's possible to check out after 12.00 if you need. Late check-out before 8 p.m. is charged of half apartment price after 8 p.m - the full apartment price for 1 night. For early check in or late check out please notify in advance.

HOW TO PREVIEW A FLAT

It's possible to choose an apartment by looking on the photos presented on the site. You can preview the flat before your check in if it's available. We don't show apartment if it's booked or occupied. In this case you can see it at check out time only.


WHAT DOES RENTAL COST INCLUDE:
There are no hidden charges or fees. All taxes are included.
Bed linen, bed and kitchen accessories, bath towels, iron and iron-board.
Cold water, hot water and other public utilities, local phone calls.
Once a week bed-linen changing and cleaning in apartment.
More then one week cleaning can be provided upon request for extra charge.

IN CASE OF DAMAGE:
After arrival please check that everything is in operating condition and you are satisfied with apartment. In the day of your check out the manager will come to check everything and take the keys. In case of any loss we will charge you for it.
